Pooled storage is shared storage for all your users. This storage includes, but is not limited to, files from Google Drive, Gmail, and Google Photos.
Each user’s license adds to your organization’s pool. Because storage is pooled, users can use more than the storage included in their license.

Drive shortcuts, content created with My Maps, files shared with users. Shared files are counted only for the file owner’s storage, not for the users the file is shared with. Version history for files created in Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides, unless the user explicitly decides to keep older versions.

Terms and Conditions

  1. By subscribing to this service, you are agreeing to terms by Google and Exabytes.
  2. Exabytes reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of this offer without prior notice.
  3. In order to be entitled to a Free Lifetime Domain, customers must meet the following criteria:
    • Sign up for a yearly plan or above
    • New domain registration or domain transfer only
  4. The pricing shown are for new sign-ups only. Prices for transfer of account may differ.
  5. New sign-up refers to the number of seats and plans selected for the first time. Any future change of seats or plans is no longer considered a new sign-up.
  6. 13% off only applicable for the first 20 new signup seats.
  7. All fees paid are non-refundable. If you cancel your contract before the renewal date, no refunds are issued.
  8. Annual plan is not allowed to downgrade the plan or reduce the number of seats.
  9. Failure to renew Google Workspace services before the due date can result in account cancellation. All content within the account will be inaccessible and may be permanently deleted by Google.
