The past year marked a turning point for Exabytes. As the digital landscape becomes increasingly competitive and complex, we recognised the need to elevate how we lead, decide, and execute. Exabytes redirected time, budget, and leadership attention towards programmes that deliver measurable impact — prioritising executive education that builds stronger management systems, clearer goal alignment, and disciplined execution.

This was not learning for learning’s sake. Every EMBA and leadership programme was selected because it reinforces a results-driven mindset: focus on what moves the needle, eliminate distractions, and build teams capable of delivering consistent value to customers.

As a result, our leadership teams, particularly our Heads of Department, have become more focused, aligned, and accountable. Today, Exabytes operates with clearer priorities, sharper execution, and stronger ownership across teams.

Strengthening Leadership Through EMBA Programmes in China

Central to this journey are the EMBA programmes organised by A Plus Boss in China, which are designed specifically for active business leaders facing real-world challenges. These programmes combine strategic thinking, organisational design, leadership psychology, and execution frameworks — all of which resonate deeply with Exabytes’ growth ambitions.

Exabytes leaders have actively participated in the 《浓缩 EMBA》, a three-day intensive programme that distils core EMBA thinking into a highly practical format. To date, 15 Exabytes leaders have completed this programme, returning with renewed clarity on leadership responsibility, business focus, and performance management.

At a deeper level, Exabytes has committed to the 《校长 EMBA》 programme — a comprehensive, multi-module executive journey conducted in Shanghai. This programme challenges leaders to think at an enterprise level: building long-term organisational resilience, developing leaders within leaders, and aligning culture with strategy.

Currently, six Exabytes leaders are enrolled in the 校长 EMBA programme where two have successfully completed the full programme and graduated in September 2025, while the other team members continue their learning journey. This reflects Exabytes’ long-term view: leadership development is a marathon, not a sprint.
