With the 100% acquisition of Signetique IT Pte Ltd, the Exabytes Group immediately gained 15% share of Singapore hosting market.
The three subsidiaries under the group — Exabytes Singapore, Signetique and USONYX (earlier acquisition by the Exabytes Group in Aug 2014) — are expected to operate separately and focus on different segments of the Singapore market.
While Exabytes Network Sdn Bhd already is the largest hosting company in Malaysia, it has set eyes on larger overseas markets such as Indonesia and other Southeast Asia countries.
Achieving this requires long-term planning and the commitment to provide the best services to its clients.
“The Internet is changing our lifestyle and our mindset. We believe that ecommerce will multiply in growth in the next few years,” Chan Kee Siak, the founder and CEO of Exabytes Group was quoted as saying.
Besides, the group has forged several partnerships with third party such Google AdWords™ Premier SME Partner (PSP) in Malaysia, Japanese payment gateway leaders etc.
