Email forwarding<\/strong> generically describes the procedure of re-sending an email message supplied to one e-mail address to one or more various email addresses.<\/p>\n

Email forwarding can additionally reroute mail going likely to a specific address and send it to one or more various other addresses.<\/p>\n

Types Of Email Forwarder Setup in cPanel<\/strong><\/h2>\n

1) Email Account Forwarders<\/strong>
\n<\/span><\/h3>\n

It allows you to send a copy of all emails from one email address to another email address. <\/span><\/p>\n

For example, if you have two different email accounts, A@example.com and B@example.com, you may forward emails sent to A@example.com to B@example.com so that you do not need to check both email accounts.<\/span><\/p>\n

How to setup in cPanel?<\/strong><\/h4>\n

1) Log in to your cPanel.<\/span><\/p>\n

2) Scroll down until you see \u2018Mail\u2019 and click on \u2018Forwarders\u2019.

3) On the forwarders page, click on the \u201cAdd Forwarder\u201d button.

4) On the \u2018Add a New Forwarder\u2019 page, key in <\/span>username<\/span> in the \u2018Address to Forward\u2019 field.

5) Under Destination, select \u2018Forward to email address\u2019, and key in the destination email address in the text box.

6) Click on the \u201cAdd Forwarder\u201d button, and it\u2019s Done!

2) Forward All Emails for a Domain<\/strong><\/h3>\n

With this forwarding setup, all incoming emails sent to the email addresses attached to A.com will go to mailbox@B.com. <\/span><\/p>\n

It is very useful when you decide to switch your active domain from A.com to B.com, but do not wish to miss out on any possible incoming emails that are still sent to the email addresses attached to A.com<\/span><\/p>\n

How to setup in cPanel<\/strong><\/h4>\n

1) Log in to your cPanel.<\/span><\/p>\n

2) Scroll down until you see \u2018Mail\u2019 and click on \u2018Forwarders\u2019.

3) On the forwarders page, go to \u2018Email Domain Forwarders\u2019, and click on the “Add Domain Forwarder” button.
