To perform a full backup of your website is EASY.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">You have the option to back up your entire website using cPanel, or by downloading files through FTP and downloading database backup separately.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">In this post, we will elaborate on a simple method to back up using a Backup Wizard in cPanel.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><i>Using Backup Wizard<br \/>\n<\/i><\/span><\/span><\/strong><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-12243 size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.exabytes.sg\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/10\/backup_step1.jpg?resize=540%2C284&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"cPanel Backup Wizard\" width=\"540\" height=\"284\" \/><br \/>\n<strong>Step 1<\/strong>: Upon login to your cPanel account, select &#8220;Backup Wizard&#8221; under &#8220;Files&#8221; section to initiate Backup.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><i><br \/>\n<img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-12244 size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.exabytes.sg\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/10\/backup_step2.jpg?resize=540%2C197&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"cPanel Backup Wizard\" width=\"540\" height=\"197\" \/><br \/>\n<\/i><\/span><\/span><\/strong><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><strong>Step 2<\/strong>: You&#8217;ll see the<\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><strong><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Backup Wizard<\/span><\/span><\/strong><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><b>\u00a0<\/b><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">main page, which gives you the option to Backup or Restore your Files directly. Choose the Backup option.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-12245 size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.exabytes.sg\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/10\/backup_step3.jpg?resize=540%2C182&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"cPanel Backup Wizard\" width=\"540\" height=\"182\" \/><br \/>\n<strong>Step 3<\/strong>: Next, you must choose either Full Backup or Partial Backup. If you choose partial backup, you&#8217;ll need to download the files separately. If you choose full backup, you&#8217;ll be able to download all rebootable files at once. We strongly recommend <strong>Full Backup<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-12246 size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.exabytes.sg\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/10\/backup_step4.jpg?resize=540%2C169&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"cPanel Backup Wizard\" width=\"540\" height=\"169\" \/><br \/>\n<strong>Step 4<\/strong>: After selecting Full Backup, you&#8217;ll be directed to the Backup Configuration page. On the Backup Configuration page, set your Backup Destination to Home Directory as your default. Next, enter your Email Address. A notification email which contains the details of the backup will be sent to you when backup is completed. Next, click on \u201cGenerate Backup\u201d.<\/p>\n<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-12247 size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.exabytes.sg\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/10\/backup_step5.jpg?resize=540%2C97&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"cPanel Backup Wizard\" width=\"540\" height=\"97\" \/><br \/>\n<strong>Step 5<\/strong>: You\u2019ll see a message that shows \u201cFull Backup in Progress\u201d.
