Sub-Domains<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Let\u2019s say your domain<\/a> is\u00a0domain.com<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

You install a E-Commerce and put in a directory called\u00a0domain.com\/commerce\/<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

You can turn the directory\u00a0commerce into a sub-domain by adding it as a sub-domain from your Control Panel.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Now you can access your E-Commerce store<\/a> as either domain.com\/commerce<\/strong> OR\u00a0commerce.domain.com<\/strong><\/p>\n

Parked Domains<\/strong><\/h2>\n

You have several domains\u00a0domain.com, domain.org, domain.biz<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0domain.net<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

domain.com<\/strong>\u00a0is the domain of your website and you want to add\u00a0domain.org, domain.biz\u00a0<\/strong>and domain.net<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

You want them both to go to the\u00a0same place<\/strong>. In other words, when someone types either domain.com, domain.org, domain.biz\u00a0<\/strong>or\u00a0domain.net<\/strong>\u00a0they will go to the\u00a0same<\/strong>\u00a0page(s) on your website.<\/p>\n

In order to have additional parked domains<\/a> you need to purchase the additional domain(s).<\/p>\n

Add-On Domains<\/strong><\/h2>\n

You have two domains\u00a0domain.com<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0addondomain.com<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

You want the two domains to be\u00a0totally separate\/independent<\/strong>\u00a0websites.<\/p>\n

In order to have additional add-on domains you need to purchase the additional domain(s).<\/p>\n

Other than the domains stated above, don not forget about TLD top-level domain also one of the important component for a structure of domain name.<\/p>\n
