What makes Project Galaxy truly distinctive is its leadership at the very top. The programme is personally conducted by Exabytes\u2019 Founder and CEO, Mr Chan Kee Siak, reflecting Exabytes\u2019 belief that leadership development must be driven with clarity, conviction, and consistency.<\/p>\n

The training modules are drawn from Mr Chan\u2019s own Executive MBA (EMBA<\/a>) journey, carefully adapted to Exabytes\u2019 operating realities, leadership culture, and long-term vision. Participants gain access to proven leadership and management frameworks, enriched by real-world insights from decades of entrepreneurial experience.<\/p>\n

By learning directly from the founder, participants are not only equipped with structured management tools, but also gain a deeper understanding of the principles, values, and thinking that continue to guide Exabytes\u2019 growth across markets and technologies.<\/p>\n

Close to 100 Exabytes team members \u2014 comprising Managers and above \u2014 enrolled in Project Galaxy Cohort 1. More importantly, participants demonstrated strong commitment by actively following through the programme from its launch in April 2025 to today.<\/p>\n

Project Galaxy is designed as a bi-weekly training programme, supported by weekly effectiveness reviews. This structure reinforces continuous learning, accountability, and practical application. Each session builds on the last, while weekly reviews encourage reflection on leadership behaviours, decision-making, and team impact.<\/p>\n

Rather than treating leadership as a theoretical concept, Project Galaxy embeds learning into daily work \u2014 ensuring that growth is measurable, intentional, and sustained.<\/p>\n
