How to upgrade my existing plan to Unlimited Plan?

These are the steps to upgrade your existing EBiz Plus plan to EBiz Plus Unlimited Plan.

• 

  Log into billing

  Log in to your client billing system at https://billing.exabytes.sg/mypanel/clientarea.php
• 

  Click Products and Services link

  Once login, click on Products and Services on the left of the panel.
• 

  Choose the product

  Choose the product which you wish to upgrade to unlimited plan and click on the icon “view detail”.
• 

  Click Upgrade/Downgrade button

  Once you are in the next page, kindly click on the Upgrade/Downgrade button to upgrade the package.
• 

  Choose Annually or Bienally

  Once confirm the Billing method and the prices which requires to pay, click on “Click to Continue” to proceed for the payment.
• 

  Proceed for the payment

  Once confirm the Billing method and the prices which requires to pay, click on “Click to Continue” to proceed for the payment.
